About Job

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will strengthen the security posture of Fiona Stanley Hospital’s ICT environment by designing, implementing and maintaining cyber security solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role focuses on security engineering, SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, network security and continuous improvement while supporting SOC operations, compliance initiatives and secure digital healthcare services.

About You

You will bring strong experience in cyber security engineering with hands-on knowledge of firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management and cloud security technologies. The role requires cloud security certifications, knowledge of frameworks including Essential Eight, ASD ISM, NIST CSF and ISO 27001, plus strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
