About Job
You’ll respond to alerts, troubleshoot and fix security systems remotely, manage helpdesk tickets, handle incidents, and train customers on using their systems effectively. Daily work involves problem-solving, customer communication, and ensuring security systems operate flawlessly.

About You
You have a proactive attitude, enjoy problem-solving, understand IP configurations, and are comfortable with Excel. No extensive experience is required; technical skills can be learned on the job. You work well in a small team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
