About Job

This role enhances and supports ServiceNow’s Hardware and Software Asset Management modules, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and system improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders and vendors to ensure asset accuracy, implement governance controls, and provide operational insights that strengthen the organisation’s ITAM practices.

About You

You bring 3+ years in technology service delivery, with experience in ITIL frameworks, asset management, and ServiceNow. Strong analytical, communication, and process improvement skills are essential, along with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights. Tertiary IT qualifications or ITIL certification are desirable.
