About Job

This executive role leads the enterprise cybersecurity function, defining strategy, governance, and operational security across the organisation. It oversees incident response, policy development, cyber risk management, and vendor ecosystems while embedding security into enterprise systems and care operations. The role also drives cyber maturity across a complex regulated environment supporting aged care services. It combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of security operations and transformation.

About You

You bring 5+ years in senior cybersecurity leadership with experience in building and executing enterprise security strategies. You have strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight, and Zero Trust, along with relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM. You are confident influencing executive stakeholders and guiding technical teams. You combine strategic thinking with practical security operations experience in complex environments.
