About Job

This role combines IT operations, end-user support and cybersecurity, with responsibility for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, identity and access management, endpoint security, vulnerability management and patching. You will also contribute to the organisation’s cybersecurity uplift program, including Essential Eight maturity, security hardening and technical control improvements.

About You

You will have strong experience in end-user IT support and Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including MFA, Conditional Access and privileged access management. Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, endpoint security and SOC/MDR providers is required, with knowledge of Essential Eight, ISO 27001 and ISM highly regarded.
