About Job

Reporting to the CFO, the IT Systems & Cyber Security Manager will take ownership of Fernwood’s day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 environment, cybersecurity, infrastructure and technology governance. This hands-on role will manage Microsoft security and device technologies, monitor vulnerabilities and incidents, oversee Azure and infrastructure, and coordinate external technology providers.

About You

You will have at least five years’ experience in IT systems, infrastructure, IT management or a similar hands-on technology role, with strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint skills. Practical experience with MFA, Conditional Access, Intune, endpoint security, Azure, networking, vulnerability management and incident response is required, supported by strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
