About Job

The ICT Cyber Security Specialist will conduct security risk assessments for space systems and develop mitigation strategies across Defence programs. The role will assess hardware, software and emerging technologies, review system designs and vulnerabilities, contribute to cybersecurity strategy and capability development, and provide specialist security advice to stakeholders.

About You

You will have proven cybersecurity engineering and risk assessment experience, with strong knowledge of secure system design, Defence cybersecurity frameworks, governance and compliance requirements. A relevant ICT or Computer Science degree is desirable, together with an understanding of space system security and Defence operational requirements. Commonwealth security clearance is required, with ITAR compliance potentially applicable.
