About Job

The Information Security Analyst will provide hands-on cybersecurity support across customer environments, with approximately 80% of the role focused on technical tools and implementation. Responsibilities include security assessments, cyber security uplift programs, incident support, security controls, risk treatment, response and recovery planning, and collaboration with security consulting and penetration testing teams.

About You

You will have several years of IT industry experience, ideally from a service desk, technical support or managed services environment, together with a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts. Hands-on Microsoft 365 and Azure experience is essential, with AWS or Google Cloud, EDR and SIEM experience advantageous. Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service and relationship-building skills are required, along with a willingness to learn new technologies including AI.
