Rebecca Donaldson appointed Chief People Officer BUPA
Rebecca Donaldson has been appointed Chief People Officer at Bupa. She brings extensive experience in organisational design and human resources leadership across multiple sectors.
Before joining Bupa, Ms Donaldson held senior people and culture roles with Ramsay Health Care Australia, Qantas, and the ABC. Her background in workforce strategy and operational leadership will support Bupa’s ongoing focus on employee engagement and service delivery. Ms Donaldson said: “It’s a privilege to be joining Bupa.
