The Role

A leadership position for a Clinical Services Director Consultant to lead the Surgery and Critical Care Directorate.  Develop, lead, implement and report on Operational Plans in alignment with SCHHS’ Strategic Plan.

– Provide high quality clinical and non clinical leadership
– Direction to benefit patients accessing services
– Ability to influence beyond traditional boundaries of a single service
– Collaborate with multi-professional stakeholder groups
– Strong people skills in people management
– Leadership, sustainable financial decision accountability essential

SCHHS Offers

Location: Birtinya
Base Salary up to $266,677 pa.
Salary Packaging
Motor Vehicle allowance
Clinical Managers allowance $33,660 pa
Attraction and Retention allowance up to 50% of base salary
Professional development allowance $21,500 pa
