About Job

The Cyber Security Engineer will take hands-on technical ownership of WMQ’s enterprise security environment across cloud, identity, endpoint, network, infrastructure and security monitoring. The role will design, implement and optimise security technologies, investigate incidents, manage vulnerabilities, strengthen security controls and deliver cybersecurity projects and automation.

About You

You will have qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience, with experience in a Cyber Security Engineer, Systems Engineer, Network Engineer or similar technical role. Strong hands-on experience with cloud security, EDR, SIEM, IAM, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and network security is required, together with experience in vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident investigation and technical remediation. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
