You will monitor and respond to cyber security alerts, investigate incidents such as phishing reports, maintain endpoint security, manage tickets, and escalate issues as needed. Work closely with the team to implement security solutions across client environments.

About You
You have 1–2 years’ experience in IT or MSP environments, knowledge of networking, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint security. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for learning in cyber security.
