About Job

Lead Fat Zebra’s dedicated Cyber Security function, reporting to the CTO and building a team of Cyber Security Engineers. Own cyber security strategy, cloud security engineering, PCI DSS compliance, incident response, risk management and regulatory readiness. Establish security governance, oversee assurance and vendor risk, and report security posture to executives and the board.

About You

Significant cyber security leadership experience, including building a security function and developing a team. Strong practical knowledge of PCI DSS, ideally within payments, fintech or financial services, alongside cloud security and engineering. Experienced in incident response, risk-based controls and communicating security risk to senior executives and the board; CISSP, CISM or PCI-related certifications are advantageous.
