About the Role

Reporting to the Cyber Security Operations Manager, you will manage ticket triaging, incident response, and security platform operations. Work closely with Information Security Managers and CISO to support global security objectives in a collaborative team environment. Configure and maintain security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Mimecast, Qualys, and Netskope. Develop and maintain security documentation and support operational compliance and policies.

About You

Tertiary qualifications in Information Security or IT, with 3+ years enterprise experience in security, cloud, network, or infrastructure. Strong communication skills for engaging management and technical teams. Hands-on experience with EDR and vulnerability management platforms is essential.
