About Role
In this role you will be at the forefront of Serco’s cyber defence, monitoring and analysing security alerts from the SOC to protect vital digital services across network, cloud and endpoint environments. You will investigate incidents, perform triage, support vulnerability assessments, and contribute to incident response and reporting that enhances resilience. Your work will directly support the integrity and continuity of services that underwrite essential healthcare and public operations.

About You
You bring hands‑on experience in a Security Operations or Cyber Security Analyst role with strong proficiency in SIEM, EDR/EPP and security tooling such as Splunk, Rapid7 or Tenable. Your analytical mindset enables you to prioritise threats, communicate findings effectively, and work collaboratively under pressure. Familiarity with Cisco firewalls, ITIL principles and continuous improvement practices will support your success in this hybrid environment.
