About Job

This executive role leads the organisation’s entire technology function, including IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, business systems, and data governance. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CIO ensures technology enables operational performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable organisational growth. The role also drives digital transformation and enterprise-wide technology uplift across care and corporate services. It is a key leadership position shaping how technology supports aged care delivery.

About You

You are an experienced IT executive with a strong background in enterprise technology leadership across infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. You have a proven ability to develop and execute IT strategy in complex, regulated environments. You are confident working with executive leadership and translating technology into business outcomes. Strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management capability are essential.
