About Job

Reporting to the CIO, the Head of Technology & Information Security will lead CBH’s enterprise technology operations and information security function, ensuring systems and services remain secure, reliable and aligned with business priorities. The role covers IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, service management, operational technology risk, AI and technology resilience while driving security governance, risk and assurance.

About You

You will be a senior technology leader with experience across IT operations, cybersecurity, service delivery or complex enterprise environments. Strong leadership, strategic judgement and the ability to translate business and technology strategy into practical roadmaps are essential, together with experience managing security, risk, governance and senior stakeholder relationships.
