About Job

Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Technology, AI and Systems will lead Pedders’ technology, systems and digital strategy across its national company-owned and franchise network. The role will balance cyber resilience and operational reliability with digital transformation, AI and automation, data governance, technology operations and business systems while driving measurable business value.

About You

You will be an experienced senior technology leader with responsibility across technology strategy, business systems, infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity and vendor management. Strong commercial judgement, leadership capability and experience with enterprise systems, cloud, digital transformation and technology risk are essential, with AI, automation, data governance and analytics experience highly regarded.
