The Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC) is Victoria’s independent anti-corruption agency, supporting integrity and accountability across the public sector. Its information management function plays an important role in protecting, governing and maintaining critical information assets.

About Job

Reporting to the Team Leader  Information Services, the Information Management Officer will manage information assets across their full lifecycle, from receipt and creation through storage, distribution, archiving and destruction. The role will support continuous improvement of information and records management systems, policies and procedures while monitoring compliance with legislative obligations.

About You

You will have strong information and records management capability, with an understanding of information governance, legislative compliance and information architecture. Your ability to support audits, identify improvements and provide clear recommendations will be important, together with sound attention to detail and professional judgement. Australian citizenship is required for NV1 security clearance eligibility.
