This executive role defines and delivers the organisation’s technology and digital strategy, supporting operational performance, data-driven decision-making and business growth. You will lead digital transformation, strengthen system reliability, improve data governance and drive automation and AI adoption across a complex multi-site environment.

About You

You are a senior technology leader with strong experience in digital transformation, systems integration and IT strategy within operational businesses. With a balance of technical depth and commercial acumen, you can align technology with business outcomes while leading change across multiple stakeholders and sites.

Senior Technology Leadership Experience

• Significant leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, systems, or IT

Operational and Commercial Acumen

• Proven ability to align systems, data, and digital priorities with manufacturing, supply chain

Systems, Data and Integration Capability

• Experience leading systems integration, reporting improvement, process automation

Cyber Security and Risk Awareness

• Strong understanding of cyber security, access controls, business continuity, vendor risk, and technology governance.

Stakeholder and Change Leadership

• Ability to translate technical matters into practical business language, influence senior stakeholders

Vendor Management

• Experience selecting, negotiating with, and managing external technology partners
