About Job

This leadership role drives service delivery transformation across infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. You will rebuild client trust, implement scalable service management frameworks, and optimise SLAs, workflows, and reporting. With direct access to the CEO, the role offers a clear pathway to Practice Lead and broader executive leadership.

You are an experienced service delivery leader with strong ITIL, cybersecurity, and infrastructure expertise in MSP or IT services environments. You bring a track record of improving client outcomes, leading teams, and building scalable operational systems. Your strength lies in stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, and delivering measurable performance improvements.
