About Job

The Cyber Security Engineer will protect Myer Group’s systems, data and customers by designing, implementing and maintaining effective security controls across the organisation. The role focuses on security toolsets, SIEM, automated incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting, cyber awareness, data loss prevention and security reporting, while supporting audit and continual improvement.

About You

You will have extensive professional cybersecurity experience and relevant information security qualifications or industry credentials, with strong knowledge of cloud security and multi-cloud environments. Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, email security, CASB, EDR, PAM, threat intelligence and security awareness is required, together with AWS, Azure AD/IAM, Microsoft 365, scripting and automation capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
